[img]http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/6748/309608l.jpg[/img] You can activate this card during your turn when you control a face-up Fairy type monster and your opponent Special Summons a monster to their side of the field. Your opponent cannot activate Spell, Trap, or the effects of Effect Monster cards until the End Phase.
