When this card is Synchro Summoned, place 1 Spell Counters on it. This card's ATK is equal to the number of Spell Counters on every monsters you control x1000. Once per turn, you can remove one Spell Counter from a card you control to destroy a card on your opponent's side of the field. If the destroyed card is a Dark-Attribute monster, place 1 Spell Counter on this card.

Looks pretty OP to me, as many cards get 1 spell counter for every activated spell card, means every spell card can also wipe a part of the opponents field. [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Blast_Magician"]Blast Magician[/url] needs 2-5 counters depending on the strength of the to-destroy monster, means he can only target monsters, needs more counters and can only use his own counter depot, not that of the whole field. Breaker can only destroy the backrow, with 1 per counter, but has a max of 1 counter a time. Also, 1000 ATk per counter are OP, as it is easy to get 4-6 counters out, only by using Pitch-Black Power Stone you already have 3.
I think this card would be balanced if you let it only eat from its own counters for destroying, and blow down that 1000 per mark a bit, as said, this card's atk gets to mad points if you leave it like this.
Other than the OPness the card is good, so 7/10

The card is OP'ed becauz of the ATK gain, spell counters are way to easy to acquire to give the monster a 1000 attack boost......this is madness . Just turn down the Atk gain to about 400 or so...seriously
