Copycat

I like it due to being able to copy something no matter how it is summoned, as well as being level 1, allowing Magical Exemplar summon it without a problem. In some kind of Solid Spellcaster deck, it would have 800 ATK more than the strongest monster you copy, allowing it to destroy something by battle that way.

I don't think I've ever used it outside of a Solid Spellcaster deck I made though.

Fun card, but the bold is its only use.

It has a use in Swarming Midgets actually. Basically a deck of low level flip/monsters with great effects that utterly destroy the opponent. It has a use in burn decks as a stall card. Your opponent has something like Red Nova and you summon this card.
