On Holocaust Memorial Day

Recommended Posts

it happened because a man named Hitler(who was prob insane) tricked a entire country into believing that Jews, mental patients, disability people should all be killed because they were not a match for the Aryan race. So he decided to take out all those that didn't fit into his idea of what Germany should be. Hitler might have had a different legacy if the Holocaust didn't happen which i wish it didn't happen it just showed how far a man is willing to go to get what he wants.

My school is having a talk from a Holocaust survivor tomorrow.

Discuss the event, why you think it happened etc.

They're still around? Dang my sense of time is bad.

It was a case in which a man let his sense of Justice delude himself until it didn't even seem like Justice to others anymore, but to him and his followers it was perfectly legit. It didn't help that he was told that he couldn't become an artist like he wanted to while he was still in Austria.

There are still some people around and I thought as long as those are there to tell us what happened, there won't be another one. At least not for that reason, there were various other, smaller holocausts in the world directed towards other people.:/
In highschool we went to a WWII-related museum and could talk to 2 survivors, once there was someone who came to our school as well. It might sound confusing but I fear that once there isn't anyone around anymore to tell us, the probability rises that someone will start again.:/ But I guess it won't be against the Jews this time but again certain other populations.

Hitler was a genius who brainwashed an entire country into hating certain religious groups, homosexuals, free masons etc. It happened because the Idea was concockted from an SS officer during a meeting with the fuhrer. The idea was the forefront to the Jewish Relocation Act. At first Hitler strongly disagreed with the Idea (why i dont know) however the other SS officers agreed, fearing backlash Hitler agreed to the project...

There is NO way this wouldnt happen again... With O.D.E.S.S.A. on the rise and being planted in secret places all over the world and Germany's inability to acknowledge Scientology as a religion. Chances are there will be a holocaust against Scientologists in the near future.

what i find funny is that we have so many memorials for the holocaust but none for the Plague, The spanish flu, the friday the 13th burning of the Templar Knights, and so many more...

And i am well aware that i am a sick and twisted person for supporting Hitler even though i am NOT!

Holocaust happened for several reasons.

1. Nazi Germany was running out of places to put the Jews.

2. They hated the Jews mostly because some people who were in power thought of them as a parasite race and were idiots to believe they were a threat to humanity.

3. Cause Hitler told them to.

4. Due to Nazi Germany being unable to export the Jews, they came up with the Final Solution which is the Holocaust which we speak of now.

5. Cause Hitler promised the German people candy and happy times after they became a master race.

6. Cause Hitler made nearly everyone who thought they was a "Master Race" (IDIOTS FORGOT THE TYRANIDS b****es!) and thus their ego got to their heads.

He would have won if he wasn't retarded and attacked the Soviet Union and got the U.S. tangled in at the same time.

Yeah, two-front wars are usually a bad idea.

Also, the only reason that Germany went with Hitler was because of the many problems after the Treaty of Versailles, where France and Britain really wanted to screw the Jews, and America saw no reason to even bother with it. The only person who didn't want to screw Germany over was Woodrow Wilson, but he was also hard-headed, so the Senated didn't like him all too much. I can get a lot further into this, but all I'm saying is everybody screwed up.

Well, sorry, but I didn't bother reading any of your comments. According to my grandfather, Lt Colonel Schneider of the Airyan army, things were done not simply just because they were orders but men considered to be of the Airyan race had no choice to join or their non-participating family members would be killed. Any American, even the simplest of your race would do what our race did if it meant protecting your family. Those of you, right now reading this page would do the very same. Stanley Shirley I think was the name; created the human experimentation system of a director, teacher, and learner. The teacher, a person that had the learner hooked up to electrodes, would ask the learner questions. If the learner answered wrong, he would be shocked with a maximum of 450 watts. The learner was not hooked up but an experienced actor that would simulate pain. The experiment hypothesized that you would continue to shock the person if told to and it was correct. The choosing of whom wad Airyan who was not was a bit random as well unless your father or brother was considered one. Our late leader was a bit deranged but it was power, blackmail, and death warrants against good Germans that caused this. Blame the Nazi party, not men like my grandfather that served- IkilledIGN

Hahahahahaha Why would i protect my family you honestly think i care i am that heartless person of my family. Only cared for one person my grandpa he passed away so nobody left. You must be really crazy to kill for your family. If someone was forcing you to kill a man who has done nothing wrong to you why would you do it because someone said so. Its either kill a man or go to jail or be killed. You must really have problems to kill the dude. Plus why would you join in the first place leave the country.

Yet the famous man's experiment says you out of few wouldn't suffer. Stanley's experiment lasted 20 years worth of patients.

Stanley Milgram was the name. One of my favourite studies of all time.

I have German relatives, one of whom worked with U-Boats. Nazi soldiers did it mostly out of choice, and I don't blame them. They were living in a hellish country, one ravaged by hyper-inflation and bad governing bodies. Hitler was emphatic, charismatic and patriotic. Of course the German people banded together under him. They wanted to be great again.

Seems like for the higher up Airyans it was different. My grandfather was forced into their army.

Still everyone over looks some of the good things that came out of Nazi Germany like the Autobahn, Volkswagen, the jet aircraft, and rocket technology. It seems people have a way of only remembering the bad times in history. Germany did get back on its feet until those in the top offices chose that war was a good idea. Who knows what would have happened in the 1939-1945 time period if the war never happened. It could have been a very good place for economic growth since people were rebounding from the depression and getting back to normal from the first world war.

Well we did enter the war 2 years late so we got like a year or two ahead of Germany on that race, but i just feel bad about what happened postwar. America leaving after it ended leaving Germany in that state. Then, at the last moment thinking oh wait we just gave the U.S.S.R a free country then went back and took part of the country for the better. The Soviets made the end of the war crazy that Stalin.

Well, technically, Germany entered first so we entered first. I love the idea of the toleration thread's starter's teacher thinking Stalin took power by murdering Lenin. Apparently he forgot Trotsky.

That Teacher needs to read more often then he would know Lennon died of health problems not murder. Germany started in 1939 we didn't enter til the Pearl Harbor attacks cause up until then we had no reason to enter except for the fun of in the future killing nazi zombies on call of duty. Some teachers make you think how did you get this job.

One of my subteachers yelled curse words at a student for proving him wrong.....so we got his teaching license taken away. He can no longer teach in my state :D victory students. But some people are trapped in a world were they believe everything their government tells them.
