While this card is face-up on the field, its Level is treated as 0. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls. Its ATK becomes 0 until the End Phase. This card cannot be used for the Synchro Summon of a Level 4 or higher monster.

During each of your Standby Phases, you gain 700 Life Points. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls. Its ATK becomes 0 until the End Phase, and you gain Life Points equal to its Level x 200. This card cannot be Tributed.

While this card is face-up on the field, its Level is treated as 1. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. This card cannot be used for the Synchro Summon of a Level 4 or higher Synchro monster.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all Level 4 or higher monsters on the field. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Sacred Guard" monster from your hand. When this card is removed from the field, the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls becomes 0.

A Level 0 Tuner?! Impossible! And not to mention all too br-- Oh, wait, I just read the last part. Seeing where you're going with this Archetype, I assume that it's one of the key components of the set. And your OCG is practically flawless! The ATK to 0 part may seem a little much, getting to destroy pretty much any monster by battle, though.

A Level 1 Synchro?! How could you possibly Summon-- Oh, wait, Level 0 Tuner. Anyways, the destroying all Level 4+ monsters could really devastate most decks, except probably Watts and B-Men. You have an Athena effect in there, although I think it would have been nice if Purity could Special Summon from the Graveyard.
