The only targets for this are "Rogue Doll" (a useless Normal Monster) and "Rinyan, Lightsworn Rogue" which wouldn't really be seen in the same Deck as this. I think you need to change the target condition, or make more targets.

Not only is rogue doll useless, it has nothing to do with the kind of rogue you mean. With no support this card is freely useless, but it can be good. For now it's a 5/10, but I can't wait for the rest (as I like rogues, if you mean rogues like they are in rpg's)

EDIT: I found another target for this card, named Dark Tuner Shadow Rogue, but 1. it's not out in English yet, I think, and is used for dark synchro decks, which I can't see this card fit into.

Little bit of OCG errors...Should prob bee something like "Can only be equipped to monsters with a "Rogue" Archetype." I don't know...The rest looks fine though.
