He is always active. All he does is monitor the site.

He also posts stuff on occasion and replies to intelligent pms. Dude just wants the card maker to be awesome and all, while the forums being a social area. Who care if he isn't forum active he does have a life ya know.

A friendly person in general both on and off the computer.
Someone who will attend to their site often and also make time for their members; however, also knows their priorities.

Basically, a person who has good personal attributes as well as working attributes, who puts their site as their work and will be active with it.

To be honest, I actually don't think anyone on this site has the perfect attributes to run a site. I think people will always complain no matter the cause.

generally (on 90% of the website)

Owner/Webhost does the website occasionally post on the forums but mainly with announcements/fixes
Admin - brings down rules of Owner or creates his own rules. He also creates the staff and deal with most forum-worldy matters.
Moderators - Watches over the forum and make sure everybody is following the rules and having a good time. (Usually also act as S.MOD or Tech Support)
S.Mod - acts as a moderator but mostly helping people with technical support or website help and helps them fix it or reports to admins/owner of problems with site.
<Section> Mod - A moderator for a specific section. Doesn't mean he can't moderate other sections, just tends to be most active there.
Jr. Mod - A time provision where admins/mods promote someone and see how he does before he can actually join the mod force.
