Bahamut - Envoy of the End
My first archtype in Written Cards, one whose names begin with 'Z'. The Zyphra are a reptillian species who live on Mayhailas, a mountainous area surrounded by vicious winds most of the time. Although dragonic in their appearance, for they do envy their cousins, they are not dragons, as they do not possess their magical power or flying abilities. They are simply an aggressive warrior race of reptiles, who have to glide on the currents of the wind to swoop down on their prey, relying on great physical strength and cunning.
These are how I imagine the Zyphra to look like (Jazin Kay's archive supplied both images). They have two Field Spells based on their mountain home; one reflects the calm season when they can gather for the assualt, which is conducted in the storm season, when they are at their strongest as bother players suffer the hurricane's effects.
Comments appreciated, as I still am undecided about things. Such as if a card returned to the Deck should be shuffled in, or just go straight to the top or bottom. Link to comment
wiithepeople
I would say to return them to the bottom of the deck. What if you send JD or Treeborn to the top of the deck? They'll just bring it back out again and control the field. Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Thanks for the opinion. There is the draw limiting effect of something like 'Mystic Swordsman' to consider too if you can keep destroying something naff. Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Added seven cards - Hunter, Commander, Guard, Scout, Pincer, Retrieval and Updraft. Would appreciate some feedback, as I'm starting to get the feeling these are overpowered in combination. Link to comment
duel tester
this is an interesting concept i think your should make a few fusion monsters that use contact fusion "where the Fusion Material Monsters are sent from the field to the Deck (and "Polymerization" is not used)" and focus on at least making a few cards that either recover your monsters from the graveyard OR make returning monsters to the deck a nightmare for your opponent here is a example Zyphra banishing seal Spell/ continuous spell while this card is face up on the field all cards your opponent controls that are returned to their deck are removed from play. when this card is returned from the field to the deck you can select up to 2 cards with" Zyphra" in their names that are in your graveyard and add them to your hand. thats what i would would do note: you are welcome to add this card to to your list but give credit to me and your welcome to change the name or something overall concept 8.4/10 i agree it still needs work but just be creative and check a few ocg errors.
