I'm new here, though I made those months ago..
so what do you think? I'm kinda happy with some of the effect monsters ^^

here they are:

This monster can attack only once every 3 turns. Instead of attacking by itself, during the 2 turns it cannot attack, it can make another monster on your side of the field attack twice.

This monster can also be treated as an equip spell card with the following effect: Increase the attack of the equipped monster by 800 points

FLIP: Draw 5 cards from your deck. If any of them are Machine-type monsters, special summon them in face-up attack position. If there are no machine-type monsters among the
cards you've drawn remove this card from play and inflict 1000 damage to your LP. This effect can be used only once.

During your battle phase, all your spell and trap cards' effects are not to be negated or destroyed by the effect of any monster or spell/trap card your opponent controls.

Well, I like the cards, but there's a few OCG errors. Overall i rate 5.5/10. To make them get rated higher, Copy and paste these descriptions into the card that it should be. :P
First of All, Post the description under the card! (Example: Lore: This card is treated..Blah Blah)

OCG fixes are below:

[b]Wolf Fighter:[/b]
This card is treated as an equip spell card with the following effect. Increase the ATK of the equipped monster.

[b]Valiant Gladiator Sidecraft:[/b]
Flip: Draw 5 cards from your Deck. If any of them are Machine-Type monsters, Special Summon them in face-up attack position. If there are no Machine-Type monsters among the cards you've drawn remove this card from play and inflict 1000 damage to your LP. This effect can be used only once.

[b]Tampering Violet Dragon[/b]
This card gains 100 ATK for every face-down card on the Field.

[b]Cimmerian Challenger[/b]
If this is the only card on your side of the Field, activate one of the following effects.
*Pay 500 LP to take control of one card on your opponent's side of the Field until the End Phase this card is activated.

[b]Hadronar Zepperin[/b]
Send all spell cards in your Hand to the Graveyard. Use one of the effects of a monster on your side of the Field as if it is this card's effect.

[b]King of Oblivion[/b]
This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Normal Summoned in face-up attack position you can activate the following effect. Your opponent Special Summons all the cards in his Hand to the Field, regardless of level. Inflict x1000 damage for every Summoned monster on your opponent's side of the Field.

[b]Limbos[/b]
This monster's attribute is selected by the player when this card is Normal Summoned. The selected attribute can be any of the 5 types. This monster is also treated as a Warrior, Beast-Warrior, Spellcaster, Machine, Fish, and Pyro type. The type and attribute is set the turn this card's effect is activated.

[b]Missionary Moon Explorer[/b]
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by tributing 2 cards. These two cards have to be a Warrior-Type and a Machine-Type, both these cards are took from your Hand or your side of the Field. Decrease the ATK and DEF on the Field. (Except this one) x200 for every Level Star they have.

[b]Rigmus, The Dragon Slayer[/b]
This monster can only attack Dragon-Type monsters. During your Battle Phase, all your spell and trap card's effects are not to be negated or destroyed by the effect of any monster or spell/trap cards under your opponent's control.

Holy crap this was freaking tiring...My fingers hurt. :P Hope you actually take the time to consider these OCG fixes! Your totally welcome. :D
