Stun Guns and TASERS

fightback

Recommended Posts

Stun Guns use high voltage and low amperage to temporarily disable an attacker for several minutes. The stun gun does not rely on pain for results, but instead he is unable to produce energy for his muscles, and his body is unable to function properly. The TASER® is a self-defense electronic control device. It has almost 100% effectiveness rating. It combines the injury reducing benefits of traditional stun technology with a quantum leap in stopping power via new Electro-Muscular Disruption (EMD) technology.

I found a taser cartridge at my school, I touched to paper clips to the coils inside, I only worked a lil bit,
a year and a half later I gave it to my dad cause I was bored of it

Given the number of people the police have tazed for almost no reason at all, that sounds like a really, really bad idea.

My father is a policeman (in fact he's a gendarme in France), and they don't, I repeat, don't tazes without reason. It's a efficient way to calm down criminals without hurting them (well, it hurts, but they don't have wounds and it's only for a few seconds)

It's possible that in the USA they would do so, but in France that would be punished severely.
