Well, I'm online alot, it's just I just go to the TCG Section, and games mostly now, so I don't really visit the Custom Cards section.

 

Also, now onto the next card.

 

Konata

She can easily activate her effect against a monster your opponent has that has load of ATK, but generally low DEF, forcing them into Defense Position. Flamvell are an example. The same strategy can also work for monsters with high DEF, but low ATK. Like most Rock monsters. And it can be easily used when she is just Summoned, making it pretty useful, if your opponent is attacking one of your monsters, then you use something like Call of the Haunted, and bring her back, then switch it to Defense Position. So Konata is a monster that looks like it shouldn't be underestimated.

Ayano

Another good card as in can add useful cards to your hand like Hiyori. Other combinations she has are like adding Miyuki, then use her effect so you can add a Lucky Star monster from your Deck, making it lulzy to use. So this card really generates small hand advantages. You can also add another Ayano to your hand, Summon it, then add another monster, making this card even more useful and lulzy.

Hiyori

There isn't much to talk about her effect, except that she can disrupt alot of the opponent's attacking strategies. And she can be added by either Miyuki or Ayano, so she can constantly use her effect alot. So keeping more than in your hand seems good enough.

Minami

She seems like good protection to use, since they have to attack her twice. And even if she is destroyed, you can just add bring her back via Ayano, Lucky Crowd, or Yutaka. But she will be considerably hard to beat if Lucky Game is on the field. Making her more powerful. And with Yutaka, she is even harder to takedown, generally because she can't be targeted by effects. Well that's all generally I have to say. So, yea...

Patricia Martin

She s awesome to use against certain Decks. You can easily use her effect to Tribute someone, the return her with Ayano's effect. The only bad part is that Patricia's effect doesn't work with Miyuki-chan's effect, since it misses the timing. Though, she can still stop cards like Mirror Force, Bottomless Trap Hole, etc.

Making her a good part of the set. And with her generally high DEF, getting past her seems unlikely.

Misao

She seems moderately good, but is pretty much only limited to cards that would remove your cards from play. Like D.D. Crow, Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer, and Caius the Shadow Monarch. Though, it completely prevents the effect of Necroface, since it can't determine whether the top 5 cards of your Deck are Lucky Star monsters or not. So there isn't really much to talk about with Misao, but still has its uses.

Lucky Game

The possible trump card for the set, it can make everyone 2000 ATK, can have them gain different effects, making this card a very good one. Like someone becoming Ayano, then add like 2 Lucky Star monsters to your hand. Or someone becoming Kagami to become a direct attacker. Or best of all, someone becoming Konata Star, and can attack like 2 or more times each.

Lucky Crowd

Another good card for the set, for as long as you have a face-up Lucky Star monster, you can Special Summon 1 from the hand or Graveyard. Though the Graveyard is more recommended, since you don't want to lose hand advantage. You can Special Summon useful cards, like Yutaka, Miyuki-chan, Tsukasa, , Ayano, or possibly Konata and Minami. So yea. That's all I pretty much got to say.

Konata Star

An easy to Summon monster, since it requires only 2 monsters, and she can attack up to a possibility of 4 times, inflicting at a maximum of 8000 damage, enough to win. Or 1200 if Lucky Game is on the field. Though, the only thing I can't seem to think of a good combo is with her effect of returning Konata back to the Deck, since adding cards to the Deck is a generally bad idea, since you want to thin it out as much as possible. But she is still a force to reckoned with.

This card can only be special summoned from the extra deck by sending the above cards from the field to the graveyard. This card can attack twice each battle phase. If this card is removed from the field you can send one of the fusion material monsters listed on this card from the graveyard to your hand.

A attack locker and a direct attack becomes a double attack, lulz, they can take down alot of monsters easily with their considerably high ATK. And combined with Yutaka and Hiyori, getting past this card would be pretty difficult. Combining this card with some cards, like Big Bang Shot, would make this card exceptionally dangerous against the opponent. So even if they manage to get rid of this card, you can still add Tsukasa to your hand. Then if you don't have any monsters on your field, you can bring back Kagami, then Summon Tsukasa, then bring in another Hiiragi Stars.

 

Miyuki Star

My gawd, more cute-ness! Miyuki-Chan is powerful with her effect, so when she is Summoned, she should already have 2600 ATK, making her fairly powerful. Also, in combination of cards that can send cards to the Graveyard, like Hiyori, Minami, or Patricia, Miyuki could get stronger easily. Though, the only to watch out for is having Misao on the field, since you can't remove Lucky Star monsters, she can't save herself with her effect. So keep an eye out for stuff like that.

I don't really know. Maybe instead of removing them from play, maybe discard a Lucky Star monster to the Graveyard.

Negate the effect of one spell or trap card that would remove one or more "Lucky Star" monsters from the field and destroy it then draw 1 card.

Not So Lucky Draw looks like good support, it is probably almost as good Support as Patricia, since this one requires one of your monsters to be affected by a card that would remove them and Patricia doesn't. Though, it won't work on cards that use them as costs, like Super Polymerization, making this card pretty balanced. There really isn't much to say, as it is kinda there only to serve the purpose of protecting your monsters. But still good nonetheless.

Correct me if I'm wrong....but the saying "ni-pa!" or something like that is derived from this show. Hmm...pretty intersting set. I'm not an expert, but they're effects seem balanced. Some images seem rather blurry, which kinda ruins the rating I'd give it. All together, I'd say this set is between an 8 and a 9 out of 10. Nice work ^^

Tsukasa's new pic looks very high quality, and pretty cute. DAT BOW! So I'll give it a good 8-ish/10

Kagami isn't as high quality, as you can slightly notice the really small blur, but almost as good, and looks pretty cute with her hair down, instead of the twin-tails. So she gets a 7/10

Gawd! Miyuki-Chan is so unbelievably cute. Excuse me, but I just find Miyuki-Chan really cute because of her glasses and luscious pink hair. High quality, and like I said three times before, she is so god damn cute. Also the cake makes me hungry. 8-ish also/10

I don't know what to say really for Konata's new pic. So I'll just give her a 7.5-ish/10

Patricia's is cute, with her starry eyes, and that face, it makes it hard to resist not give it somewhere a 7.5/10. As it is kinda blurry.

Misao's Pic is pretty high quality and awesomely EPIC! 9/10

Miyuki Star's art looks cute, but looks a little squished, maybe cropping it would be a good idea. 8/10

Konata Star looks good, has close to full body picture, a little depth I believe, and if it was any more high quality, It would be higher than a 9/10

One thing I can suggest is uploading them in .png format, since that format is usually always high quality.

Yutaka Star

She is very easy to Summon, you can just use her effect of Special Summoning monsters to bring one in, then Special Summon this card. Even with her 2000 ATK with Lucky Game, she can easily save most of your monsters from powerful effects, like Mirror Force, Dark Hole, Bottomless Trap Hole. Even though her effect is vulnerable to cards like Dimensional Prison, you can use Patricia's effect to Tribute Yutaka Star to stop it, and add Yutaka to your hand, then make another one.

 

Legendary "A" Girl

She is possibly slightly easy to Summon with Lucky Crowd, and Lucky Star Surprise Attack. And Miyuki can easily search out all the needed Fusion Materials, especially being a Fusion Material herself. She can also become a 5000 ATK Beatstick with Lucky Game, and if she is equipped with something like Fairy Meteor Crush, or Big Bang Shot, she can become a powerful piercer to your opponent's Life Points and deal massive damage.

 

Kagami the Great

Epic Miku Hatsune cosplay is epic! She is like a Drill Warrior, with the effect of adding a card to your hand, but she can't attack directly like him, which is strange, considering that Kagami can attack directly. Though, she is slightly easier to Summon than Drill Warrior, since Drill Warrior requires Drill Synchron, or Quickdraw, and some non-Tuners to make a Level 6. While this card needs only Kagami and another monster, and that's it. Well Kagami's effect would come in handy, like adding Hiyori, Yutaka, or some other good cards, like Miyuki, lol.

Shouldn't 'Graveyard' and 'Deck' be capitalized? And when cards leave the Field for any reason it's 'removed from the Field,' right?

 

I think Kagami should have a stronger attack, due to her personality. You could also give Konata an extra stat boost whenever characters like Yutaka and Miyuki are on the field -- it's a Moe Boost, since she's an otaku.

 

I have cards like this in my Cuteness Counterattack Set. Just like here, they're intended on shutting the opponent down. Unlike here, they're characters from all over. As to the images, they're from Deviantart and Google image searches. It's that simple.

 

Overall a good start, although there are many weak characters. Most of them can get beaten by "Silent Magician Lv4" after 2 or 3 turns -- and some on the first turn if these girls can be forced into Attack Position.
