Effect: During your Standby Phase, you can pay 2000 Life Points to declare a Monster Level. Pick up cards from the top of your deck until you pick up a monster card. If it is the Level you declared, increase your Life Points by 2000, and Special Summon it. All other cards picked up by this effect are removed from play.

Kind of like 'Reasoning'. It should be noted if you pick up a card that can't be Special Summoned but is the correct level, you get the LP back, but no monster. Poor you

Not bad. Even if you guess the wrong level you can still bring it back with either G-Woman or Psychopath.

Also, this works almost TOO well with Prime Material Dragon's LP effect or Life Stream Dragon's effect.

Paying Life Points isn't the same as getting Damage so it doesn't work that way...

Cool card...Big Risk to good payment...and guess it works for RFG psychics...so...yeah

This DEFINES abusable with A Feather of the Phoenix.

But I like it. It's good, and risky enough most of the time to be balanced.
