Heh, I've been hearing about the Rave Trilogy and DJs and Dancers and I got the sets all mixed up by now. -.-

But nevermind, the cards looks seriously awesome.

Isn't Dancefloor Filler a little overpowered though? I understand by now that DJ Disks are essencial to the Set, and that said, it'll be imperative that you have at least one on the field whenever possible. So isn't that basically a free summon, Special Summon, from the Deck, every turn? Which is to say, the most broken type of field advantage there is? ;)

Great preview though. But like I said, I've been hearing about all those cards for weeks now, so maybe it's just me, but it feels like I'm sneak peeking something I've already seen before... All the dancing theme has been going on for a while, no offense intended. :)

I know its taken ages

The Rave trilogy started back in Mid-December, and its only now on the final stages, its taken me agessss lol

Mainly with all the picture editing lol

Regarding Dancefloor Filler, its not really overpowered.

Section A - Poweredness

Cyber Ravers are actually not that powerful tbh, thus an extra 1 on the field isnt gonna make you win easier, also since they are not that powerful they tend to die easyly, thus the card gives you the advantage of not having an empty field, which is bound to happen, and it also states only Level 4 ones can be summoned, so monsters like 'Neverakka' and the upcoming 'Domini' and 'Nebula' cannot be SS by it ^_^

Section B - Real Life Thought

A dancefloor filler is refered to as a song which is played which fills the floor of the dancefloor, that much is common knowledge. The ideas for the card came from that fact.

You Play a song (Dj Disk)

ppl want to dance,

thus they fill the floor (Monster is summoned to the field (dancefloor))

The picture matches also ^_^

But thanx ^_^

Yeah, I get the real-life thought. ;)

Well, Treeborn Frog and the Gadgets are limited for a reason, not for being strong, but because the numbers advantage they give you is gamebreaking. Besides, you don't want weak monsters to survive, you want to stab them over and over with a rusty knife in a sacrificial altar (aka Tribute them) to bring out the heavy stuff. :P Besides, it's sickeningly deck-thinning, you could even tech in an Exodia set in the Deck with that kind of thinning speed. :P

But yeah, I suppose it's situational enough to be acceptable, and it's a dead draw when you have no Disks.... yeah, okay, I'll let it slide this time. :P

Ah well you should, theorectically, not run out of Disks if you use some monsters effects

'Cyber Dj Technoshiva'

'Underground Elektro Nightclub'

'Nikki, The Cyber Goth'

Are 3 of the i think, 4 cards in the collection which have Dj Disk adding to hand effects ^_^ So you should not run out

The main strategy of this set really, is swarm and deck thining.

I have always really ran a Deck thining / Beatdown deck thus this collection is based around those 2 factors.

Also its really needed to have monsters on the field with these cards, as the 2 big ones requires 3 monsters each to be summoned ^_^
