Since this card was fairly good for a contest, I'm going to bet that it actually sucks and/or it is broken. Anyway, here it is. [img]http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/6622/264408.jpg[/img] 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Tech Genus" monsters Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 level 3 or lower non-Tuner "Tech Genus" monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn you can Tribute 1 "Tech Genus" monster you control to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card and destroy it.
