Shizuku Oikawa
From what I'm reading, he doesn't seem to keep adding more Counters than when he is Summoned, or maybe I misread it. Not sure. The artwork for each of them was cool. And the OCG doesn't seem to have any problems, except for ways of adding more Counters. Though, being at a maximum ATK and DEF of 2500, and can inflict that amount of damage, making it pretty good.

Rias Gremory
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 2 Zombie-Type monsters you control. When this card is Special Summoned, place 1 Impeding Nightmare Counter on this card (max. 5). This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each Impending Nightmare Counter. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, remove a number of Impending Nightmare Counters from this card and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Impending Nightmare Counters removed x 500 points.
Ok so technically Darkrai has only 500 of ATK & DEF? Cause it says it only places 1 Impending Nightmare Counter on this card when its Special Summoned. You should add to the effect another way the card can acquire a Impending Nightmare Counter.

Shizuku Oikawa
Well the re-edited Darkrai seems awesome now. It can keep gaining more by destroying monsters and gain more ATK. The only problem is that he has no ATK or DEF until next turn, so you probably have to protect him with Spell or Trap Cards, like Mirror Force, or Threatening Roar. But still pretty good once you can get his ATK higher.
Kuroda Kaito
Wow, cool pic for the alternate art works and the original pic too and the card is a little OP'ed you know, keep increasing its ATK and DEF

Rias Gremory
I honestly dont think he is OP cause it will take him 4 turns to gain 2000 of ATK and you know that a monster with 500,1000,or 1500 of ATK can be destroyed by battle easily. so you will have to protect him either with traps or with the Swords of th Revealing Light. Boss Z
Its got great potential, but you have to be able to keep it alive so that it CAN reach its potential...
Nightmare Moon
Bumpage! ^^ "Darkrai, Eternal Nightmare" has been edited once more. Now even he has 0 ATK, you can negate your opponent's Spell/Traps as long as he's on the field. ^^
Boss Z
Idk, I'd make it more something like, if this card is targeted by your oppoent spell or trap card remove 1 counter from this card to negate the spell or trap card and destroy it... at least that sounds better imo, but its ur choice

Stan Alda
I like the effect, artwork, etc. My only suggestions are to change it and its effects to Fiend-type; it's not much of a ghost or zombie in the games/anime/manga, but more of an evil spirit or even dark god--i.e., Fiend. In addition, respell the counter's name to "Impending Nightmare". "Impeding Nightmare" sounds like a negative effect, and we wouldn't want that now would we? Aside from these niggling details, the card is excellent and would go well in any deck. 9.5/
