chaosnuclear
Fabled Solemn Negate the Normal, Special, or Flip summoning of a monster by letting your opponent select 2 "Fabled" monster from your Graveyard, and remove them both from play. Your opponent can pay 1000 Life points to negate this card. If this card is negated, special summon a "Fabled monster" in face-up defense position OCG fixes would be a great help
OmegaWave
(OCG Fix) "Negate the Normal Summon, Special Summon, or Flip Summon of a monster and destroy it. Your opponent selects 2 "Fabled" monsters in your Graveyard. The selected cards are removed from play and you take damage equal to their combined ATK. (Rating) OCG - 5/8 Picture - 6/8 Uniqueness - 2/8 Balance - 1/8 Final - 3.5/8 = D (Review) A typical Archtype-Specific support card. Without the rest of the archtype shown, not much can be said. The OCG was off by a bit, but the main understanding was there. Remember, if you're posting it in Realistic Cards, it needs to be as close to a real card as possible, that includes OCG wording. Many people forget that and even try to argue the fact. The picture seemed to fit the theme of the card but is quite blurry. Not unique at all. An Archtype-Specific Trap that involves negating a summon. I've seen these thousands of times. As far as balance goes, this card is actually very underpowered. You get to negate a summon in exchange for 2 monsters and damage that would most likely add up to over 3000, especially if it's your opponent's choice. I personally would never use this in a duel. It would more likely than not be used as toilet paper. You showed effort, which is a good quality of a card maker. However, next time try to be a bit more creative with your effects. I'm always around to help if need be.
Glоrious
Pretty UP. I'd suggest you remove the LP cost. Otherwise, I'd rather just use the Solemn Warning or Judgment.

♫♪GoldenBoy♪♫
hmm I think its kind of OP'ed. But the Negating effect is a nice drawback. But the swarm effect kinda pushes it over the edge. The picture could be better as well. Nice card.
