I've noticed that this place has been having massive timeouts over a period of time and I want to know why.
Currently i'm getting about 45ms response times which is normal but sometimes I get as high as 400ms and more of timeouts to the point that I get "Request Timeout" on Cmd.exe.
I found these numbers out with the site's IP which is 216.38.21.2.
