Ok, so this a new monarch, it might be overpowered, if it is tell me suggestion to fix it, and oh, i think theres alot of ocg errors so if there is tell me too thanks

Um...Spirit monsters cannot be special summoned and they returne to the owners hand at the end phase of the turne they were summoned.

Done, edited it, its not a spirit anymore, its a fairy :DD and tell me what u think now? is it OP'D? or something? thanks
