Dwellers?

So I know the OCG on these cards are pretty horrific-but I didn't know how to phrase it. I like the idea of the cards and I think that though they appear Up'd they could be pretty useful(especially if I had made more in the archetype)

Hate if you want(but don't hate if all you dislike is the OCG)

Lore:While this card is face-up on the field, all face-up monster cards are also treated as monsters with 0 ATK.

Lore: Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) If this card attacks a monster, that monster original ATK becomes 0 at the end of the Damage Step. If you control a face-up "Jorge-Dweller of Night", you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This monster's effect is negated.

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 monster with 0 ATK on your side of the field. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, select one monster on your opponent side of the field. The monster's original ATK becomes 0. The ATK and DEF of this card becomes the number of face-up cards on your opponent's side of the field with 0 ATK x 1000.
