Still got to work on a lot of the basics. Text isn't a very good idea at your level, same with borders. Colors look a bit too monotone (all blue). Try to mix things up a bit.

Keep it up though, you'll get there.

I'd actually suggest staying away from tuts now. A lot of tuts tend to be... well somewhat low level.
Start looking at more psd's. Inspirational tag galleries can also be quite helpful.

One advice, never follow a tutorial fully. Just read many kinds of tutorials of as many styles as possible so you get a good view of everything what's going on. Then try to pick up some small parts of different tutorials you like and think look cool, then try to combine them so that the tag isn't too messy, full etc.
