Yes, this is being used in a contest, but I'm curious about it. My best guess is that it'll get low marks for playability. We'll see though.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. The summoning of this card cannot be negated. If your opponent has less Life Points than you, destroy this card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card gains the following effects based on the difference between both players' Life Points:
●1000: During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.
● 2000: This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of your opponent's Spell or Trap Cards.
● 3000+: The original ATK of this card is doubled.

Yes, it is powerful. However, such power comes with drawbacks. This is meant more for balancing a game then winning a game.

You need to have exactly 1000 or 2000 LP difference to get the first two effects
But it IS kinda broken... my Tikiri Set uses a level 5 synchro monster to do a relatively same thing... but that would be a good card if you work out the LP kinks... and change the 3000+ effect as i feel that is a little too much, maybe just increase its ATK by 1000

If I make any changes, most likely it will be lowering the original ATK to 2000. However, I'd still like to here some more feedback. As for the gaining of 1000 ATK, I doubt it. You overlooked the fact that it destroys itself once your opponent has less life points than you. Plus, if your opponent has that much more life than you, chances are you won't even be able to play this thing. I think the lack of playability makes up for the powerful effects, but we shall see. Thanks for the feedback though, I shall consider it ^^
