So I basically got this picture and this is what I made of it. I'm not sure since I have the picture for quite some time now, but I think it came from DeviantArt.

Lore:
Draw 1 card and show it to your opponent. When you activate that card, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, draw 2 cards. If you call it wrong, that cards effect is negated and it is destroyed, then discard 1 Spell or Trap card. If you can't, take 1500 damage.

Any comments on this? hate/rate and give contructive criticism please

OCG that needs a fixin':

When that card is played = When you activate this card

its effect is negated and it is destroyed <-- this part. What is "it"? Whats negated and destroyed?

Onto da ca'ad. I don't understand the point of the first effect. How is it relevant to the card?
Anyway, the effect seems to be solely based on WATER Decks. I suppose it could be used in some WATER Decks, although personally, I wouldn't add it (not a fan of gambling cards.) But I like it. I agree with Griffin though. You should provide another effect that puts some more reward if called right. Clearly, you need to edit the card.

If called right:
+1
If wrong:
-2/-1 +2000 self burn.

That is weighted against you. I'd prefer to stay advantage-safe and not play it in any Deck I can think of.

Not entirely right. It's a draw to begin with. But I can see your point.

Onto da ca'ad. I don't understand the point of the first effect. How is it relevant to the card? It's relevant to the card as in this card isn't the trigger for the gamble. It's the card you draw by the first effect that triggers the gamble. That's why it's "that card" and not "this card" in the card lore.
