Squirrel Girl
I came up with this idea while watching 5D's 147. These cards are as best without cards in your Deck. So here they are Added: Plasma Blaster Tribute to the Lords Grave Lord Librarian

You can pay 500 Life Points to send this card from your hand, Deck or removed from play pile to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can send all cards in your hand, Deck or removed from play pile to the Graveyard. As long as this card is is in your hand, Graveyard, removed from play pile or face-up on the field, you do not lose the duel if you have no cards in your Deck. As long as this card remains in your hand, Graveyard, face-up on the field or removed from play pile, cards cannot be sent to your Deck. As long as this card remains in your hand, Graveyard, face-up on the field or removed from play pile, you can add the top card in your Graveyard to your hand. You take no battle damage from battles involving this card. As long as this card remains in your hand, Graveyard, face-up on the field or removed from play pile, this cards effect cannot be negated. This card cannot be flipped face-down. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower "Grave Lord" monster from your Graveyard. If you control 2 or more "Grave Lord" monsters, you can Tribute 2 "Grave Lord" monsters you control to Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher monster from your Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning condition. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your Graveyard or removed from play pile by Tributing 3 "Grave Lord" monsters you control while "Grave Lord Emperor" is in your Graveyard ,or removed from play pile. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If there are no cards in your Deck, this cards ATK and DEF becomes 4000. If you control another face-up "Grave Lord" monster while this card is face-up on the field, this card cannot attack directly. You can Tribute 1 face-up "Grave Lord" monster you control to inflict 500 damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards on your opponent's side of the field x 150. You can remove from play this card in your Graveyard to increase the ATK of 1 "Grave Lord" monster you control by 1000.
This is not the "Key Card" but the ultimate monster This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand, Graveyard or removed from play pile by Tributing 1 "Grave Lord Empress" you control. When this card is Summoned, destroy all cards on the field, except this card. When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate card effects. When this card battles all battle damage you would have taken by that battle is inflicted to your opponent instead. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by your opponent's monster cards effects. If your opponent would activate a card effect, you can remove from play 1 Spell or Trap Card from your Graveyard, field or hand to negate the effect. Once per turn, you can return all cards from your removed from play pile to your Graveyard. You can discard 1 card to destroy 1 set Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

You can Normal Summon this card from your Graveyard. If you control no Spell or Trap Cards, you can Set 3 Spell or Trap Cards from your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard if you have no cards on your side of the field. If there are no cards in your Deck, increase this cards ATK by 400. When this card attacks, Spell Cards cannot be activated. If there are no "Grave Lord" monsters on your side of the field (except this card) during your End Phase, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower "Grave Lord" Tuner monster. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 Level 3 or lower "Grave Lord" monster you control. When this card is Summoned, increase this cards ATK and DEF equal to the Level of the Tributed monster x 900. When this card is attacked, you can remove from play 1 "Grave Lord" monster from your hand or Graveyard to increase this cards ATK by 500, until the end of the Battle Phase. You can skip your Battle Phase to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Grave Lord" monster from your Graveyard. This card can be Normal Summoned from the Graveyard. You take no battle damage from battles involving this card. When a "Grave Lord" monster you control attacks, increase that monsters ATK by 500, until the end of the Battle Phase only. When a "Grave Lord" monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, send it to your hand instead. If a monster is sent to your hand this way, you gain 100 Life Points. When there are no "Grave Lord" monsters on the field, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 2 "Grave Lord" monsters from your hand. Once per turn, you can place 1 Librarian Counter on 1 face-up "Grave Lord" monster you control (max 2). You can remove 2 Librarian Counter from a monster you control to increase this cards ATK by 200, until the End Phase. When you have no cards in your Deck, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. Ieyasu Tokugawa
*cracks knuckles* Let's tear this thing apart! You can pay 500 Life Points to send this card from your hand, Deck or removed from play pile to the Graveyard to send all cards in your hand, Deck or removed from play pile to the Graveyard. I see where this is going, I did something like this before. Problem I see is that it kills you hand, I'd think you send your Deck to the Grave, nothing else. As long as this card is is in your hand, Graveyard, removed from play pile or face-up on the field, you do not lose the duel. Opponent:You're Life Points are now zero! You lose! Player:You'd think so wouldn't you! But this guy keeps me from losing! There's your OP area, especially with the clause after this. As long as this card remains in your hand, Deck, Graveyard or removed from play pile, cards cannot be sent to your Deck. So if you have this guy, you win, because the only time it's "you no lose" effect happens is when it's in the Deck or if your opponent Book o' Moons this, but you probably wouldn't have this on the field because of the first effect. As long as this card remains in your hand, Deck, Graveyard or removed from play pile, you can add the top card in your Graveyard to your hand. This is a mouthful. Also, limit to the Draw Phase if I'm figuring your thoughts correctly, as it is now you just added your entire Deck to your hand, since there is no limit to this effect. You take no battle damage from battles involving this card. I see no big problem. As long as this card remains in your hand, Deck, Graveyard or removed from play pile, this cards effect cannot be negated. You shall never lose the duel just by having this guy in your Deck because of its earlier effect! This should be fine otherwise. Basically, change the you can't lose clause, limit the adding card from Grave to hand, pretty much reword everything. It is OP'd right now, but that's probably because you didn't notice the never-lose-period combo this has with itself.
monty1394
i think you should specify that you don't lose the duel if you run out of cards. if not, the you pretty much are invinvcible from anything your opponent does. anyway, i really like the card, its so creative
It was meant to be that you cannot lose if you have no cards in your Deck. That part I forgot And what I mean with the add 1 card from your Graveyard part is simple. the top card in your Graveyard is the card you see on top of the Graveyard when you play Will change the card and so the add effect from Graveyard only works once per turn

Near Rivers
Sounds like you've got a good idea going. But what's the point of having a Tuner if you didn't include any Synchros? I would recomend adding two or three of those, otherwise I see no real point. You could probably give them effects based on the number of cards in your deck, as in the fewer the better. An example would be: Apply the effect based on the number of cards in your deck: 21+ This card is treated as a Normal Monster 20 or fewer This card gains 500 ATK 10 or fewer This card can attack twice during the Battle Phase 5 or fewer This card cannot be destroyed by Battle I would also like to see some Spell/Trap support. If you're looking for something different, you could make the Trap cards be sent to the graveyard face-down instead of being Set on the field. Then when they're activated, remove them from play. Just a suggestion.
Squirrel Girl
Well, I like the Trap Idea you came up with, B´but read the effect of Emperor. Cards cannot be sent back to Deck and it's effect cannot be negated, so he stops you from having cards in your Deck. Plus, I will add Synchros/Spell/Traps. But thanks for comment More comments
Near Rivers
Well yes, but what if you summon a Synchro monster BEFORE you ditch all your cards? That's where the changing effect would come into play. And the fewer cards in your deck, the better effect that's used. Also, making it so his effect cannot be negated is a pretty cheap effect, imo. And I'm sure a lot of people will agree. I would take that out.
.Corgi
It's pretty OP'd because by sending all your cards in your deck to your Graveyard, 1 of the options how to lose is totally GONE. But I like the Empress, because the pic is Hentai. 6/
Squirrel Girl
It's not OPed. Cause you can still lose the duel the regular way. By getting 0 LP. But you can get monsters out easy. But they probably gets destroyed pretty fast since they sux ass (the monsters). Except the 2 Level 10 and 1 Level 12
But thanks for comment
