The guy before me said the same thing I thought of...all I see is an effect monster. It doesn't seem to have any relation to a token other then the name. It would be different if it actually summoned a Token and not another effect monster from your hand. That would not only cause the card to go back into your deck, but also mean you wouldn't need a card in your hand either. What the card should do is special summon 1 "Arcane Embers - Token" to your side of the field with matching ATK and DEF that cannot be attacked during the turn it is special summoned to the field by returning said Tributoken - Arcane Embers to the bottom of the deck when it is declared as an attack target. Why bottom of the deck? Simple, no shuffling...no possibility of re-drawing the same card on your next Draw Phase(unless you use multiples of it) I think the way I mentioned makes for a more legit card. I would like to see you design other cards to go with it.

Thanks for the rating :]

But do you think that the two newest ones are a bit overpowered? It seems like they might be because I give the option of using their effects =/

I was thinking of making it mandatory, so as to be able to get rid of them easier, but then I figured a saku here and there could totally bring them to their knees...

What do you think?

Just a minor error I noticed. In the card text of Stealth Spawn it says that it can't be Special Summoned except by the effect of Fiend Spawn, however, Demonic Spawn's card text says it can Special Summon Stealth Spawn. I don't know if this was a last minute name change that you forgot to catch but it's something I wanted to point out to you. If you do create a Fiend Spawn monster card then you should update the card text of Stealth Spawn to include Demonic Spawn.

Personally, I think there should be a bigger cost/drawback to Stealth Spawn and Stalwart Spawn. The Summoning Conditions are far too easy to meet. You have Demonic Fiend that is a 1400 ATK monster that can't be destroyed by battle. Okay, so you take double the battle damage but if you get this guy out during your first turn and are fighting a 1600-1800 ATK point monster you're only taking 400-800 damage, which is very minor. In exchange for taking this extra damage you get to Special Summon a 2400 or 3000 ATK monster during your End Phase. Sure it can be taken out by Spell, Trap, or Monster effects but you could easily set this guy instead and let your opponent attack it. You take no battle damage and STILL get a 2400 or 3000 ATK monster. Seems a little broken, in my opinion. I would either reconsider the summoning conditions for Stalwart and Stealth Spawn or put another effect of Demonic Spawn to balance this out. You could make him like Obnoxious Celtic Guardian where he can't be destroyed by monsters of a certain ATK while maintaining the double damage or you have to make sure that he is in the face up ATK position in order for the effect to work like Decoy Dragon.

I hope there is some incentive to using the effect of Stalwart and Stealth Spawn because I don't see any reason to creating these tokens. I know the set is incomplete and you probably have a higher purpose for these tokens but it puzzles me why you would want to use this effect. You have a 2400 or 3000 ATK monster, which is nothing to sneeze at. If they are attacked you CAN halve their ATK/DEF, ultimately sacrificing them since they'll end up being destroyed by battle, to special summon 2 tokens that have weak ATK/DEF and can't attack. I'm actually anticipating on the purpose of these tokens because if the support cards have interesting effects to them this set would be pretty awesome.

Killey: Good eye

It's supposed to be Demonic for both

And yeah, that's probably what will happen.

I don't have a certain amount of cards that will be in here, so I will find plenty of place for support

Thanks for the in-depth review :]

kaiser: How can I get it to be a 10?

ruby: "9-one problem/can be better perfected"

What's the one problem?

No problem Bhim.

I'd rather give thoughtful input to people's cards than just randomly say its great. If everyone here works together to provide advice to each other then we can all become better card makers.

I actually would like to get your opinion on my set of cards I made a while back. Post any comments you have in the below thread since I'm trying to get more people to rate this set.
