Effect is actually useful, as cards are Special Summoned from the Grave too many times.. The rest is fine really, the onyl other thing is that your OCG is a little funky. Not bad though, so I'll post the proper (I believe it's proper..) OCG below. Pictures cool looking and the name is cool. So, I give it a 9.5/10. Good job! [b]Proper OCG:[/b] Activate only when your opponent Special Summons a monster from his or her's Graveyard. Discard 1 card from your Hand to destroy the card your opponent Special Summoned.
