Coffee Black
This seems a little inconsistent to me. But I guess all Dark Gaia OTK decks kinda do IMO. Anyways, would Duality help you out? It looks like you want to make big pushes in one turn by summoning a ritual and Dark Gaia, doing a ton of damage. Duality should help make those pushes more consistent. Also, you could take out 1 Sandman for a 3rd Guardian.
Fraz
The ruling for megamorph is that it works exactly like shrink. If you megamorph your gaia it will go to 0 attack.
HaouJudai
really? i'll look into that - when dark gaia is hit with shrink his inflated atk remains. The text of his effect reads that his effect registers the new combined total attack as his original attack so if he's hit with shrink he goes back to the original combined total the next turn. You may be thinking of a skill drain type effect which in that case he goes to 0 and become nothing more than an angry token. I'll check the rulings for megamorph - if that's the case I'll use those slots for moar draw power - probably trade-in *edit* ok research is complete- Dark Gaia's attack doubles -
Megarock Dragon: The original ATK of "Megarock Dragon" is determined by its effect. This is further doubled/halved by "Megamorph" and other effects that are based off of original ATK. So if you Special Summon "Megarock Dragon" with an original ATK of 2100 points, then equip it with "Megamorph", its ATK will be 4200 or 1050 depending on your Life Points. The problem is a loss of speed to ensure consistency. Pot of Duality is definitely the better card choice. I don't have any but if I decide to run this as a serious competitive build then it could benefit from 3 I'm thinking over the sarcs.
burnpsy
Trade-In? You have 8 potential targets... Although the same thing can be said for Allure, though you probably don't need either if the deck's consistent enough as-is. How has the lone Sandman been working out for you? I dunno, just one copy of Sandman makes it look like you won't get it often enough to justify its presence.
HaouJudai
I'll take it a step back then to where I had him - 2 of each - if I run into pesky effect veilers I'll just side into a 3rd Guardian Thanks Psy! Oh check out my customized mat's artwork - I play on this mat when I run Dark Gaia OTK (yes I have a different custom mat for each deck - doesn't everyone? )
