Don't comment on how "or more" isn't part of the exceed mechanic, just because all other exceed monsters so far only use 2 monsters doesn't mean these can't use more.

2 or more level 3 monsters
This card is also treated as an Insect-type monster. If you Special Summoned this card from the Graveyard, you can overlay 1 Insect-type monster in you Deck on this card as an Exceed Material Monster. During either players turn, you can send 1 Exceed Material Monste to the Graveyard to negate an effect that would target an Insect-type monster(s) you control.

2 or more level 3 Plant-type monsters
Once per turn, when you Special Summon a Plant-type monster, you can send 1 overlaid monster from this card to the Graveyard to add 1 Plant-type monster whose level is equal to or lower than the Special Summoned monster's level to your hand.

Nice cards. I personally would increase the Demonic Tree's Level to 4 but that's up to you. Also, I think it should be "you can remove 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card" instead of "you can send 1 overlaid monster from this card to the Graveyard". Then again, I may be wrong considering that there's no official OCG for Exceed Monsters yet. Hell, it may even be "you can send 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card to the Graveyard".

Anyway, great cards with great pics. Insect Hero has a decent negation effect, though it doesn't destroy but that's your choice. Demonic Tree also has a decent effect. My only advice is to add an "r" to the end of "Monste" in Insect Hero's effect and try and take advantage of the addition to gameplay that Exceed Monsters bring.
