[center]As the tittle says, this set is about organized chaos and this is my first set so if it's bad..go figure. The Cheer-Ghost are a group of demon that works for Mephisto, the chief of demons which will probably the boss of this set.

Both the effect and the ATK/DEF are overpowered for the first monster's level. The ATK/DEF of the second is overpowered and I don't see any OCG errors in either, so 7/10. Good Work.
