I just found the pics at my Image Archive (link in sig) and came up with an not-so-original idea to a effect (all of the crocodiles have a sort of that effect). They came up meh, but I have'nt made cards for like 2 months, so that's forgivible. Here they are:
While this card is in your Graveyard, you may remove it from play to negate the effect of a Spell Card and destroy it.
When you draw this card from your deck, you may Special Summon it for the cost of 800 Life Points. When this monster has been Special Summoned that way, you cannot Normal Summon any monsters or declare attack this turn. While this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove it from play to negate an attack.

1 Tuner monster + 1 Non-tuner monster
Once per turn, you can look at the top 5 cards of your deck and choose 2 of the cards you looked at. The other cards are sent to the Graveyard. While this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove it from play to negate the effect of a Trap Card and destroy it.

OCG fix always appreciated.

Some issues with the wording:
You never use may, always can.
The second should be "you can pay 800 lifepoints to special summon it."
