So i got "arrested" today.

Night

Recommended Posts

Although it can hardly be called an "arrest". What basically happened was i exited my house, was walking to school, (late of course, i'm tardy every day) I see a friend standing by the corner, i asking him why. His response, "My 2nd period teacher is a joke, no sense in going." I'll admit i agreed with him on that, but thats all it was, a mere thought. But what happens next? Dumb ass police having a slow day decide to make some extra cash, instead of apprehending criminals they decide to get 3 teens, 1 of which was completely innocent (me). So then they take us to the school, we then get written up. When i ask what they want to do with the information, the cop responded with "don't worry about it".

I ended up leaving the office, but missing 3rd period. When I went to my teacher to hand in my assignment that was due, she wouldn't accept it. When i told her the story, she only responded with "You shouldn't have been cutting in the first place." -.-

Discuss incidents with authority in which you were completely innocent, yet you're framed as guilty for no particular reason.

If you are with someone who is breaking the law, you can be charged under the same charges that they are being charged on.

Here's the rundown of what happened last week.

'E' owned a knife (For cutting oranges and such. Tiny little thing). 'K' goes out with 'B'. K is friends with E.
'J' was teasing both K and B about how they made a perfect couple. K asked for the knife, which E gave warily. K went over and threatened J, going ballistic. J went and grassed, and so K (Who still had the knife) went over and was litterally about to stab him when one of my friends went and put her in an armlock. K tried to stab him but only cut him. The teacher arrived.

K was suspended and given counsueling, meanwhile E still hasn't gotten her knife back.

One day, during an indoor recess day in middle school, 2 guys dug into a girl's purse for fun and they ended up finding a pocket knife, so they showed the principal. The girl should've been expelled, and in fact that's what everyone wanted, as the girl was an idiot (literally too; her highest grade was a C-), but the principal showed mercy and put her back into class the next day.
School policy was an automatic expulsion for weapons, and yet the school was too dumb to follow its own policy -.-

I get stuff planted in my pack by other girls, such as packs of condoms, tampons, and an old Playboy magazine.

I haven't gotten arrested, but boy, my teachers think I'm a whore. ><

oh you are a whore <3

I've been called to the office numerous times for cheating, and I think on every single occasion I was able to prove that it was the other person cheating off of me and not the other way around.

The only time I actually cheated was in biology on a chapter test, and go figure, I didn't get caught that time. <___<

I get called to the office or get in trouble all the time for s*** I never do.

I literally have to find evidence and prove myself innocent time and time again while proving that [insertnamehere] is the real culprit.

It's like I'm in a real Ace Attorney game.

in 5th grade I was sent to the principal because I told this kid my class was going to kill them in dodgeball later that day. so the dude tells his teacher who sent me to the principal......The principal saw it my way since the other guy got in trouble all the time. We still killed them in dodgeball I hit that kid right in the face with the ball for getting me in trouble...........

Definetly.

My friend and E are the only two I can be stuffed caring about.

I never liked J that much and K was a b!tch.

[Also, IPhalanx, your teacher must be an idiot.]

Well I was never arrested but just the idea some police came over for what could have possibly been a woman being abused. Well that wasn't exactly what happened. I had beaten up my brother after he had done an assortment of stupid and homosexual things. The police just hearing it was two brothers fighting left. After checking the place of course.

You should go prove them right.

That'll show em.

I feel a delicious Hentai coming up.~

The only part that significantly grabbed my attention was this;

"When I went to my teacher to hand in my assignment that was due, she wouldn't accept it."

That is pretty much downright unprofessional and if you went to the head teacher with that, said teacher would probably get a hefty warning. Other than that it's all fair game, I mean if you look at Mikhail Tal's post, he is putting across a very good point. I don't know how things work wherever you're from, but in England police are ranked and given different tasks to deal with.

For instance community support officers will most likely be dealing with truants and helping around the designated borough whereas bomb squad Police will be dealing with bombs. It probably wasn't a case of them having a slow day, it was most likely their rank or task, they were probably the equivalent of an English community support officers.

I can't remember anything where I got in trouble for some other person's misdeed. The best thing I can think of are my little brother and my little sister. Whenever they do something bad, my parents always blame me for not stopping them, but it's kind of true that I could have stopped them from doing whatever they were doing.

I feel bad for all the injustice, but life was never fair in the first place. =/

I was walking to school.
They were to quick to make accusations.

Tough, the law states that you were with someone who was breaking the law, therefore you are partly responsible, like it or not.

My friend was arrested for Criminal Damage at a protests a couple of months back. The police came for me but I broke away and eventually got out. My friend was reprimanded, so I guess he got lucky. The police only arrested him because he was young. They hoped it would intimidate the other protesters. It didn't.
