I might not be one to say much, but here's what I can say:

Most of these cards are OP. You have a good idea, but it needs works. Lets start with Shiro.
Instead of negating your opponent's first attack, I would change it to: "Once per turn, you can negate one attack from an attacking monster your opponent controls."
Also, take out the effect of sending any card to the graveyard. It's not really fair to be able to do that at no cost to you. If you want, you can change it to "Once per turn, you can discard one spell, trap, or monster card to destroy one face-up card on the field of the same type."
Being able to return a card on your side on the field to your hand is fine, but change it to it's owner's hand. That way you won't be putting your opponent's card in your hand.
And lastly, take out the effect of negating any destroying any trap card. I can see that you would want to avoid cards like Mirror Force and Sakuretsu Armor, but that's what Royal Decree and Dark Bribe are for.
Oh, one more thing. This is probably just my opinion, but I would add in that you can only control 1 face-up Shiro at a time. It's a very strong card, so this would be appropriate.

Now your Spell Cards.

Platinum Shrine - When this card is activated, flip all face-down monsters face-up. (Flip Effects are not activated at this time.) If you do not control a face-up Shiro the Platinum Knight, destroy this card. Decrease the ATK and DEF of all DARK monsters by 300.
[I took out negating an attack because Shiro can already do that]
Platinum Thunder Strike - [Actually, I think this card is fine the way it is. If anyone disagrees let them speak.]
Redemption Collection - Equip only to a Warrior-type monster. The equipped monster gains 400 ATK. If the quipped monster is destroyed by battle, and sent to the graveyard, destroy the monster that destroyed it.
[I think this is a better fit than sending your opponent's monsters to your graveyard.]
A Burden of Ours - Equip only to a monster you control with ATK 2500 or more. The equipped monster cannot declare an attack or be Tributed. Select 2 monsters your opponent controls. The select monsters cannot declare an attack or be Tributed.
[Fixed the ocg, I believe. If I made any mistakes, let me know.]
De-Materialize - Select 1 Fusion of Synchro monster your opponent controls. Activate the appropriate effect based on the type of monster chosen: Fusion - Remove the selected monster from play. Your opponent can Special Summon 1 Fusion Material monster that was used for the Fusion Summon of the selected monster. Synchro - Remove the selected monster from play. Your opponent can Special Summon 1 Synchro Material monster that was used for the Synchro Summon of the selected monster.

And now the Trap Cards.
Chain Coils of Light - [Fine the way it is.]
Beware of Fear - Activate when your opponent declares a direct attack. Negate the attack, and end the Battle Phase. During your next Battle Phase, the first monster you attack with can declare a direct attack.
[This is just what I would do, I'm sure other people have better suggestions.]
Astonishing Force - Discard 1 monster card. Destroy all face-up monsters with less ATK than the discarded monster.
[The original effect was good too, I just think is a bit more balanced.]

That's really all I have to say. I don't normally try to "repair" cards like this, but I think you have a good idea started, you just need some help. I'm not going to rate you, I'll leave that to the more experienced people. I hope that you take into consideration some of the things I said.
