The all have great pictures.
I feel Grand Ascension's name/picture does not match with its effect though. Just a little at least. High marks none the least.

In Genowave you used the word "library" instead of deck.

For Wind Storm;

and Infectious Garden could probably be worded better all together. Something like;
"Your opponent takes 500 points of damage each time your opponent activates the effect of a continuous spell or trap card. When this card's effect is activated, decrease the attack of all of your opponent's monsters by 500."

Library isnt a term used in Yugioh anywhere.
I assume you meant to use the word "Deck".

I've been using the Deck term for my YGO cards and I play Magic The Gathering more than I do Yu Gi Oh and I know Library is only for MTG.

the second one is a lot like the temporal machine gods, it is O'P ed like the temporal machine gods,at least it can only be special summoned in a chain,

[/quote] I think you mean the third card, the second card is Hellblazer Brute, and yeah Windstorm Noran is overpowered yet he's balanced, at the end of your turn, you get to shuffle him back in your Deck anyways.
