Formula synchron is a strong card, but this card is even stronger which could make it overpowered.
I would give it a 4/10 because it looks like most of this card is copied and this card is overpowered (for a level 2 synchro tuner) to me.

Agree, Formula Synchron is good enough, no need for this. Why? You have 2 monsters that do exactly the same, just 1 does it better, so the better one automatically removes the now utterly useless worse one from all playing tables. Agree, since the change this card doesn't do exactly the same but is a general swarm. D-Hero Dasher is a general swarmer too. Difference? Dasher only works with level 4 or lower monsters.
Is this bad for the game? Yes, it rewards luck too much. If you draw Barbaros or any powerful non-nomi, you get a huge atvantage by out-lucking your opponent.
