Falconclaw
You're quite creative, but some cards aren't realistic, since "Mechanical" isn't a Type. You can make it an Archetype by the way. And the first card - Steel Titan - is really OP. You should make it LV8, or give it a nasty side-effect which hurts the owner. Junk Golem is also a little OP. There are also a few OCG errors, like : deck=Deck Level4 Or Lower= level 4 or less type= Type It's better to put the Archetype effects first. And also, the effects that would happen first, you write at the beginning. You wrote: For every Mechanical monster on your side of the field this card gains 200 ATK and DEF. Sacrifice 1 monster, destroy one monster on your opponent's side of the field. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "SQX Tortoise Mark 4 LV7" on your side of the field. I'd write: This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set, except by Tributing 1 "SQX Tortoise Mark 4 LV7" on your side of the field. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for every "Mechanical" monster (if it is an archetype) on your side of the field. You can tribute 1 monster to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. But you have made quite a nice (arche)type. You could make one effect, all monsters share, and which are reinforced by the Spell and Trap Cards. 7/
