New Shadow Archetype and Shadow Signer Dragons

This card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card can only be Special Summon from your hand, deck, or graveyard when your opponent destroys 1 face-up 'Shadow" archetype monster. This card must be summoned in defence position. This card cannot change its battle position. Your opponent cannot select another monster to attack. Your opponent cannot skip their battle phase unless this card is attacked once.
