Bullet Points for effect monsters

You know on gemini and some effect monsters, there are bullet points for diffrent effects (e.g Ancient Gear Gadjiltrons)

I want to make monsters like these but im not sure if you can get the big dots for the diffrent effects, if anyone knows how to get these in the card maker it would be much appreciated

You can't make them in YCM. You can make them in Photoshop or GIMP, even in MS Paint by just addind Bullet Points.
