:bcoe
"When this card is Summoned all face-up “Crystal Beast” monsters are removed from play." not much reason to have this effect there, maybe if you changed "Increase this card’s ATK for each face-up monster your opponent controls x200." to increase this cards ATK x 200 for each card removed by this effect. "When this card declares an attack you can remove form play 1 “Crystal Beast” monster in your hand or Deck. If you do this card can attack twice during your next Battle Phase."-Broken! Having to send a card from your deck to the graveyard or remove from play is not a balanced cost ever. "When this card is removed from the field, return all “Crystal Beast” monsters that have been removed from play to your Deck."- completely negates any previous cost. "This card inflicts Piercing Damage."- too much. ATK is too high, especially with its effects.
♫♪GoldenBoy♪♫
Hmm So if I would happen to up the cost of its summoning to 3 Crystal Beasts and saying it can't inflict direct damage would you still think its OP'ed

Getting up to 5 Crystal Beasts on the field isn't all that hard anyways with Carbuncle. Also the effects don't really seem to revolve around CB's strengths. You could switch out the name for any archtype.

The only ways to abuse this withought filling your deck with blocky cards is Return from the Different Dimension and Burial from the Different Dimentions (Which are both limited). I think it's fine, especially since most CB support puts them from the Grave to the field, and doesn't deal with the RFP zone.

If anything it just thins out your deck. It would be a cost if the card was really specific and necessary to your strategy, but ANY CB card, thats prob a choice of at least 10-15 cards. Basically it just means you can always use the effect in any CB deck. Also when the card is destroyed all of them are returned.

Also, adding the RFP cards back to the Deck doesn't make this OP'd, otherwise Elemental Hero Electrum would also be very powerful.
Do you not think tho, that having to "remove 1 card of a possible 10 (average) from play FROM YOUR DECK (if it was from your hand or even graveyard I could say maybe its balanced) while this monster is on the field" is way too easy to activate an effect, especially for such a powerful effect. As for the card you remove, you make it useless, but its just as useless at the bottom of your deck.

Anyways, your arguing about the card it targets usefulness, I'm talking about how easy it is to activate the effect.

†Marksman†
Once again, your card's picture is EXACTLY what the name is. It really supports crystal beasts though, which I like - as I sometimes like to run crystal beasts. :3 Anywho,

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner “Crystal Beast” monsters When this card is Summoned all face-up “Crystal Beast” monsters are removed from play. Increase this card’s ATK for each face-up monster your opponent controls x200. When this card declares an attack you can remove from play 1 “Crystal Beast” monster in your hand or Deck. If you do, this card can attack twice during your next Battle Phase. When this card is removed from the field, return all “Crystal Beast” monsters that have been removed from play to your Deck. This card inflicts Piercing Damage.
Name: As I say very many times, names are original when it comes to your cards. So, that's a perfect 10/10 rating. :3 Idea: Love the idea, it seems very powerful, but balanced. It, as I said - Supports and works well in Crystal Beast decks. Which I like, so 10/10. :3 Picture: As I said OUT of the spoiler, picture is exactly the name. It looks really cool too, which is all I look for in a picture. So, 10/10. OCG: OCG, as always, is solid. 10/10 here, but there was some typos, or Grammar failures. I pointed out and fixed them in a above spoiler. Effect: Said it above, I'll say it again, It supports crystal beasts all the way. It really seems to be a powerful effect, but not OP'd. But the summoning of the card seems to easy, so... Anywho, I came to a 9.7/10. :3 Overall: Well, another easy one to rate. theres only one thing I rated that wasn't 10/10, so I'm forced to call it a 10/10. Loved the card, as it supports. So, just keep up the good work mate! :3
