The first effect is prob a bit too good since the main risk with 5 or over cards is they can become dead draws, and it completely eliminates that risk, even better it fills your graveyard and thins out your deck. Its kinda balanced out tho with the fact its ATK is low and its other effect is pretty standard. Not broken, could see it being used being used, good card.
