Chapter 1: The Championship part 1: true fabled it was thursday night, and as usual dom had a couple of his mates round after school for their weekly dueling night session. they were all around the t.v. watching the first round kiaba corp championships. "Wong should totally wreck Ackinson, i mean ackinson is good at inovation and all but he never gets past the first knock-out stages in the big tourements, its like he can't live up to the expectation." Says davids friend olly. olly, is quiet a big lad, short hair, sharpe features. unlike dom, who was a small lad, long hair, round feature but not overwieght. dom and olly had been close friends for years, or the more accurate term the two most competitive people when anything comes between them. "shuuuzzzzsh, its about to start" dom told everyone, then added "although we all know now olly said that wong is going to get wreckkked." "ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, are you ready for the opening round of the knockout stages of the 22nd kiaba corp cup?" the commentator said, this was quickly interupted by an army of cheers and noise from the audience, to which the commentator continued "well then lets get started, these two duelists both need no introduction as they are both staples to this tourement for many years now, on the right last seasons runner up, and fith in the world, Alex Wong!" this followed by a huge cheer from the crowd. " in the left having never got past a single knock-out stage in 10 seasons, mr......inovation, its luke ackinson." the crowd was seriously excited now, the atmosphire is electric. Both players activated their duelidisk and said one word that made the croud roar with cheers "duel!" Duel : kc cup format/ 6000lp/ wong starts/ both players draw 5 cards wong's turn [u]draw phase[/u] draw phase skipped as wong wnet first [u]stand by phase[/u] skipped [u]main phase[/u] i normal summon green gadget, search for red. set 2 and end my turn. doms mate david shouted out "boring, we all know he only ever plays machina gadgets" [u]battle phase[/u] skipped [u]main phase 2[/u] skipped [u]end phase[/u] i end my turn (3 cards in hand, 6000lp) Ackinson's turn [u]draw phase[/u] i draw (six cards in hand) [u]stand by phase[/u] skipped [u]main phase[/u] firstly im going to activate mystical space typhoon, then discard hells angel. next i summon summoner monk! wong chains solemn Warning (4000 lp) hells angel activates ackinson draws 1 card (six cards in hand). i summon fabled raven, and then dicard grimo to add krus. then i activate ravens effect to discard krus to make raven lv 3 and to sp grimro with krus effect. But the fun dose not stop their i remove raven and dark necrofear from my hand to ancient summon true fabled raven. "WHAT THE HELL IS AN ANCIENT SUMMON!" barked wong. luke explained" tut tut, and you call yourself a pro. well first let me tell you a little bit about them. these cards were created by pegasus, during the time when duel monsters first started, and only played origionally in the design and developement group, but later discontinued once the game was released to the world wide audience. anyways now for how it works i need the first part of the material on the field and the second part in my hand, then they both get remove from the game to summon my monster. NOW COME FOURTH, TRUE FABLED RAVENS CLAW" ravens claw activated effect and descarded the remaining 2 cards in lukes hand to increase ravens claw attack to 4300. because i discarded fabled lurrie i can special summon it. next ravens claws effect aloows me to search for anothe fabled monster, and i choose fabled raven. [u]battle phase[/u] grimro attack green gadget (3700 lp) true fabled ravens claw attack for game!!!!! wong responded " special summon battle fader! (battle phase ended) [u]main phase 2[/u] well i supose i end my turn [u]end phase[/u] 1 cards in hand (6000lp) Hells angel dark lv1 fiend/effect during either players turn you can discard this card to the graveyard. during the turn this card is discarded, each time a trap card is activated draw 1 card. while this card is in the graveyard, you can normal summon for set one extra fiend type monster. atk:0/def:0 True fabled - ravens claw light 2 fiend/ancient 1 level 3"fabled raven"+ 1 level 8 "fiend type" monster once per turn, when a "fabled" is discarded by card effect, search your deck for one "fabled" monster with a lower level than the discard monster to your hand. deck i then shuffled. Once per turn, you can discard any number of cards from your hand and increase the Level of this card by the number of discarded cards, until the End Phase. This card also gains ATK equal to the number of discarded cards x 1000, until the End Phase. atk:2300/def:1000 [u]ancient summmon[/u] to ancient summon you need one ancient material monster on the field for the first requirement, and the second requirement(s) in your hand. all cards used as a material for an ancient summon are removed from play facedown. the ancient monster is special summoned from the extra deck, and when it is removed from the field it is removed facedown. you can only ancient summon once per turn. [u]kc cup format rules[/u] both players start off with 6000lp the player who starts first skips their draw phase during your draw phase if your total field + hand number = less than 5 cards you may draw untill it reaches 5. wong's turn [u]draw phase[/u] i draw 2 cards to make my hand upto five. [u]stand by phase[/u] skipped [u]main phase[/u] first i summon machina gearframe to search machina fortress to my hand. next i discard my gadget plus fortess to summon machina fortress. next i activate limiter removal doubleing the attack of both my monster [u]battle phase[/u] both of my monsters deestroy yous resulting in 4600 damage (LP1400) [u]main phase 2[/u] next i equip gearframe to fortress so that when limiter removal activates during the end phase my fortress will be uneffected. but i will lose my gear frame [u]end phase[/u] 3 cards in hand(3700lp) Ackinson's turn [u]draw phase[/u] i draw 4 cards (5 cards in hand) [u]stand by phase[/u] skipped [u]main phase[/u] firstly i send 2 cards in my hand to the gaveyard to sp summon the falbed solkius. time for a second ancient summon, so i remove from play solkius + 2 spell cards from my hand, to summon true fabled - tyrant solkius. because their is 4 fabled monsters in my grave its attack becomes 4200. " still not big enough to take down my fortress." wong said, but luke calmly replied "no it can" afterwards he revealed honet in his hand which put the crowd into shock. [u]battle phase[/u] tyrant solkius attack fortress, and i discard honest to give solkius 5000 extra attack point (wongs lp 0000) true fabled - tyrant solkius light 6 fiend/ancient discard 2 card from your hand to special summon 2 level 2 or lower fabled monsters. monsters special summoned by this effect can't attack or be used as a synchro material monster. destroy monsters special summoned by this effect during the end phase. for each fabled monster in your gaveyard increase this cards attack by 500. 2200/1000 part 2: the aftermath comming soon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
