This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is summoned, you can discard 1 card to select 1 Counter-Trap Card in your Graveyard and set it face-down on the field. Well on its own, maybe it is, but in a counter fairy Deck it would be really good. Actually its pretty balanced. If this were real, to me, it would be one of the better spirits, i wish they had more support.
