thekazu4u
By removing 2 spell counters from your side of the field, you can Normal Summon this card without the required tributes. Each time you or your opponent activates 1 Spell Card, put 3 Spell Counter on this card. As long as this card is on the field, you can view your opponent's Extra Deck. You can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card to select a monster in your opponent's Extra Deck whose Level is equal to or less than the number of Spell Counters you removed and remove it from play. Summon this card. Play two spells. RFG their Brionac. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
Zauls
OCG fix: You can remove 2 Spell Counters from anywhere on your side of the field to Normal Summon this card without Tributes. Each time your opponent activates 1 Spell Card, place 3 Spell Counters on this card. As long as you control this face-up card, you can view your opponent's Extra Deck. Pic is fairly good, the Effect is, to be honest, fairly broken. It needs a slight drawback to it really, such as the inability to be Special Summoned, or only placing 2 Spell Counters on it when a Spell is activated. Still, it is a nice idea and a new concept, so it is good in that sense. Effort has clearly been put in as well, so I will give it 8/10.

I mean no real card advantage is gained. Perhaps what I should do is make it so that you need to remove 3 Spell Counters to summon or the like. Rook Bishop
It not technically Upd since it can be use easily with other cards that uses Spell Counters. Pic is nice. Opd...I think not since it can be easily destroy even by a suicide monster. Overall 8/
Zauls
If you can see your opponent's Extra Deck, you will be able to tell what Decktype they are running and you are then able to work out strategies to counter that deck, plus it can wreck a lot of deck types (for instance Snowman Forest not being able to use Dewloren any more). I wouldn't say broken, but definitely a fairly devestating hit on a lot of decks.

It also useless if a person use a no Synchro/Fusion Deck, but I see your point.

Cards like this make for an interesting deck & an interesting duel, no?
