The Stronges Monarch monster in exsistance and no its not overpowered

This card can only Special Summoned by removing from play "Caius the Shadow Monarch", "Granmarg the Rock Monarch", "Mobius the Frost Monarch", "Kreis the Light Monarch", "Raiza the Storm Monarch", and "Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard from play.Increase this monsters ATK and DEF equal to the amount of monster with "Monarch" in their card names x 500. This cards attribute is also treated as FIRE, WATER, EARTH, WIND, and DARK.

I was thinking of naming the lord of all monarch "Gilgamesh" as well.

 

Anyways, in to errors:

 

Increase this monsters ATK and DEF equal to the amount of monster with "Monarch" in their card names x 500.

 

Where exactly should those Monarchs be? Right now, this card would have an ATK of 4500 the moment it's Summoned, as there are 7 Monarchs in the game (including OCG cards). Unless, of course, you intended it to be that way.

 

And, wtf happened to Zaborg the Thunder Monarch?

 

There are also other OCG errors, but I'm too lazy to point them out.

 

It also has grammatical errors.

 

And, it's a bit overpowered.

 

And, the background is not very appealing.

 

As it stands, 6/10.

 

Try replacing the summoning condition with this:

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 7 different "Monarch" monsters in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard from play.

Pic is ok, not that great though. Effect is a bit bland and a bit boring for the ultimate Monarch really - all it does is Summons an uber-beatstick by removing the other Monarchs from play. I think you need to give it some other effect to give it more versatility

 

Card Rating: 7/10 - OCG is a bit off, and the blandness of the effect is disappointing. Sorry

Well I can see what someone does with this in there deck...clear backfield with heavystorm or something then summon this thing outta no were and continue to win in icy doom! Basically to easy to summon...like a four star 4500 that requires you to play good tribute monsters and did you intend to have it's attack change every time a new monarch comes out? But still pretty good.
