It does change the game a great deal, and that is often what makes people consider a card 'broken' for usually a very powerful combo exists with such a card. However, this card has been designed with balance in mind: Players can remove a spell-card in their graveyard from play to negate the activation and effect of a spell card and destroy it. A person who plays this card must play spell cards of their own in order for this effect to work. In other words, it is not like Royal Decree: Royal Decree is played in decks with hardly any traps. This card cannot, because its effectiveness is directly related to how many spells you play in your own deck. Any input/ratings/combo ideas?
