Its basically an upgraded Solemn Warning with no cost (and a slight risk). [u]Maybe[/u]: When your opponent Special Summons [normal summon not included] a monster(s) for the second time during a turn, you can discard 1 card to negate the summoning(s) and remove from play all special summoned monsters' your opponent controls. Art Murder Posted March 4, 2011 Report Share Posted March 4, 2011 If you add several thousand point life point cost, (2000-4000) and it will be a bit more balanced. I Would personally Suggest something like this, to make it a little lass bland too. Pay 2000 Life Points to negate the Special Summon of a monster(s) and remove it from play. Then remove from play all face-up Special Summoned monsters on the field, and inflict 500 to your Life Points for each opponents monsters destroyed by this effect, and inflict 500 to your opponents Life Points for each of your monsters destroyed by this effect.
