I would side two of these in case of a Spell Counter Deck, Alien Deck, Cloudian Deck, etc. in WC11, if they have it.

Destroy their Arcanite AND gain LP...simultaneously!

Okay, so its merit is you can gain maybe...300 LP when you destroy something? The only reason the card had any use was because of Infinite Spirit Machine, which gained 1 Counter whenever the controller took 100 damage. Which means Take Over gave all the lost LP back, conveniently to Jose, whose Kikoutei gained ATK equal to his LP. Almost no other card in the game easily assembles 10 counters (for 1000 LP), but Infinite Spirit acquired 80, from Lucciano and Placido losing 4000 LP in its presence.

This card is worthless in virtually every othe scenario. Citadel of Endymion has the greatest potential for gaining tons of counters, but one of those counters can negate its destruction, making this useless again.
