I have always been a big fan of the first series' manga, show, and cards. This set will not have ANY Synchro Monsters, Tuner Monsters, or fake monster types. In fact, this entire set is based upon Dragons. Please let me know if I made any OCG errors, etc. I have been gone from card making itself for around a year so I may be rusty. I do know in advance that the pictures are a tad blurry or disoriented, but I dont know how to format pictures. Please rate and comment.

Thousand Dragon + Red-Eyes Black Dragon
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card cannot attack an opponent directly. Once per turn, if this card is the target of an attack, you can negate the attack and change the position of this card until the End Phase of your next turn.

This card can act as two tributes for the Tribute Summon of any Dragon-type monster. If this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon one Dragon-type monster with an ATK of 1500 or less from your Deck or graveyard.

During the End Phase of the turn this card destroyed a monster by battle, Special Summon one "Infantry Dragon" in face-down Defense Position from your Deck.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can equip this card to a face-up "Infantry Dragon" you control as an Equip Card OR unequip the union attachment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster, increase the ATK of the equipped monster by 200 for each Dragon-type monster on the Field (1 monster can only be equipped by 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)

This card gains 100 ATK for each Dragon-type monster in your graveyard and loses 100 ATK for each non Dragon-type monster in your graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard up to 3 cards from your hand to have your opponent discard the same amount of cards you discarded.

This card can only be summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Digital Dragon Circle". You must also tribute card(s) who's total level stars equal 10 or more from the Field or your Hand. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Dragon-type monster from your Graveyard to negate the effect of any Spell, Trap, or Monster Effect that targets one or more Dragon-type monsters on the field (including this card) and destroy the Spell, Trap, or Monster.

Equip this card to any non Dragon-type monster. Its type is now also treated as Dragon-type. If the equipped monster is destroyed by battle, return this card to the Deck and shuffle it.

Discard 3 cards from your hand. Remove from play from the field or graveyard Fusion Material monsters that appear on a Dragon-type monster and Special Summon that monster in face-up Attack Postion from your Extra Deck. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you lose 500 Life Points.

This set seems balanced, nothing is cheap, and the cards go together. However, since its call rise of the reptiles, and there's a dragon called Lizard King, maybe you should add something that's like Ultra Evolution Pill (allows you to tribute a reptile to special summon a dinosaur from you hand), to link these cards to the actual reptile class. You could also try the lv. archetype where it starts out a reptile and ends up a dragon.

Anyway, I'd give this set an 9/10.

the elder dragon of the night : lol @ thousand dragon.. but i guess u could get it out if u have cards that substitute fusion material monsters.. or somethin like that

sorceress of the scales : actually would be really good support for some dragon decks.. but it bein spellcaster-type kind of lowers its playability in dragon-heavy supportdecks (but i guess thats the drawback?)

infantry dragon : very weak dragon , even if it gets to destroy a monster by battle to get another one.. it puts it in def.. with 200.. kind of ineffective , only for puttin a bit more field presence, bout it

dragon tamer : if equipped to infantry dragon... only would be effective if u have enuf dragons on field to increase atk high enuf to survive.. but union does help it because it saves it from destruction once, bout it

lizard king : now i do like this card.. cause if used in a dragon-heavy deck and can get it on field when u have many dragons in gy.. then it will be powerful to atk with.. and the hand destruction effect is very nice ... gives this card more playability

mark of the dragon : well this would be nice in a dragon support deck if u bring out like a non-dragon synchro or somethin to equip this to be able to then use dragon support cards with it too (if that made any sense)

reptillion fusion : good way to use dragons in gy to bring out fusion , another option to bring em out (instead of polymerization)

trick dragon : although it seems like a good support trap for dragons.. there are better options for traps against attackin monsters, but then it is a counter trap so the only way to chain this would be another counter trap.. so id say its pretty good

overall their decent enough i guess.. but do need some work
