FTW (For The Wynn) Posted February 27, 2011 Report Share Posted February 27, 2011 Decade- Other than the pic, I don't see anything bad with the card. It's a simple effect and that's perfectly fine. It has the potential to be a powerful 4 star, but Spells and Traps could take him out fairly easily. Diend- OCG (Official Card Grammar) is off on this card. Also, where are you Special Summoning (this should be capitalized) the Level 4 or lower monster from? Kivara- OCG is off again. Flip should be FLIP: and it should be 'Special Summon 1 "Natsumi Hikari" from your hand. Decrease its ATK and DEF by 500. Natsumi- Nothing to say here. A little weak for a vanilla, but given support it wouldn't be too bad. KR Kivara- OCG is slightly off. ATK and DEF stats are too strong for a Level 6 (even if it is a Synchro...). You can keep the ATK the same, but maybe lower the DEF to 2200 or something. Kuuga- Too simple. He should have another effect or some support. Overall, my biggest concerns are the pics and playability of the cards. There are other sites with various Kamen Rider pics. Try www.deviantart.com or safebooru.org for some.
