Wouldn't be legal at all in a tournament because the opponent would probably have different card sleeves to you, so if you activated something that returned it to the owner's hand or Deck, such as Phoenix Wing Wind Blast (and afterwards having to shuffle your Deck for some reason) or Compulsory Evacuation Device, then you would be able to see that specific card in your hand/Deck, which would prove a problem because of stacking etc. Thunbs up for creativity, but you haven't really thought about realisticity (if that is a word ).

Crap, I really didn't think of that. fail...

(BTW, the card's effect was intended to be used with cards such as Compulsory Evacuation Device.)

I guess I'll just add the "can't be used in official duel" limitation text

@BossZ: IMO, changing it to gain control of makes it UP'd, so I'll make another card instead and leave this one as it is.
