You can only activate this card if you control a "Kamen Rider Decade". Return that monster to your hand and Special Summon 1 "Decade-K.R. Den-O" from your hand or Deck.

For the most part, it is rewording your effects. That might not be the best description, actually you're fairly close as well, but this should give you an idea.
