Pretty good, but may I suggest putting an additional cost to Special Summon Winged Dragon of Ra then this card would be balanced, remove 3 counters from a monster just to summon a Forbidden card seems to heavy, but whatever, it's just a suggestion. 8.5/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
